Elizabeth Kennedy

Elizabeth Kennedy is the Founder of Kennedy Bond and the Practice Lead for all C-Suite and Executive Search. Originally from the UK, she moved to New York City nearly a decade ago and has since built and scaled high-performing teams, personally partnering with over 100 biotech, pharma, and VC firms. In early 2024, recognizing a gap in the market for a partnership-driven approach, she launched Kennedy Bond with a specialized focus on life sciences.

With over 15 years of experience in Executive Search across the US and Europe, Elizabeth has established both retained and interim consulting practices. Before founding Kennedy Bond, she held leadership roles at Investigo and LHi Group. She has successfully placed executives from Senior Director to C-suite across the biotech and pharma landscape, from stealth startups to large pharmaceutical companies. One of her proudest achievements was leading 25 senior searches for Pfizer at the height of the pandemic—delivering on every single one.

At Kennedy Bond, Elizabeth has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s foundation and driving its success. She has led multiple executive-level searches for clinical- and commercial-stage clients, specializing in both retained and interim consulting placements. Known for her personable, partnership-driven approach, she consistently delivers strategic human capital solutions that exceed client expectations.

George Aldridge

George Aldridge is a Director at Kennedy Bond and brings almost 10 years of search experience within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. Originally from the UK, he now lives in Austin, Texas with his Wife and Twin Girls.

He has developed incredibly strong relationships with dozens of exciting businesses, supporting their expansions across the US and beyond, and placing impactful Senior hires across all functional areas to facilitate continued progress through the development cycle.

George has partnered with a diverse range of organizations, from those looking for their 2nd hire to those looking for their 2000th, delivering on large scale functional build-outs, VP/SVP departmental heads, freelance support and everything in-between.

He is truly passionate about the industry and developing personable, long-term partnerships with businesses moving the needle for patients. To better support our client network, he will be relocating to Boston in early 2026.

Maddison Blazeby

Maddie brings 10 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record partnering with biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO organizations as a trusted talent advisor. She grew up in the UK and relocated to the U.S., basing herself in Tampa, where she specializes in connecting high-caliber talent with pivotal roles across clinical operations and commercial functions. Known for her strategic, relationship driven approach, Maddie acts as a true partner to both clients and candidates, offering market insight, hiring guidance, and a solutions-focused mindset. Her commitment to understanding the unique needs of each team has helped life sciences organizations scale effectively while supporting professionals in advancing their careers.

David is a Practice Lead at Kennedy Bond, specializing in Physician Search. With extensive experience in Executive Search, David has a proven track record of placing top-tier Medical Affairs professionals across the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to joining Kennedy Bond, David was as a Principal Consultant at a leading corporate, where he led the Medical Affairs and Clinical Development Practice for four years. His expertise spans Rare Disease, Oncology, and Ophthalmology, though he maintains an agnostic therapeutic focus, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of his clients.

David’s deep understanding of the evolving pharmaceutical landscape enables him to align talent strategies with critical hiring needs, therefore ensuring patients gain access to groundbreaking therapies. His ability to build strong partnerships and identify high-impact hires continues to drive success for both emerging and established organizations.

Sarah Viall is a Senior Account Manager at Kennedy Bond with nearly a decade of recruitment experience, including the past six years focused on life sciences search. She partners with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to identify and recruit exceptional talent across a range of scientific and leadership functions, and has placed key leaders within several emerging biotech organizations.

Sarah works closely with leadership teams as a trusted partner, helping them identify candidates who will not only succeed in the role today, but grow with the organization over time. She places a strong emphasis on long-term fit and retention, taking the time to understand how teams operate and what success truly looks like within a given environment. Her perspective is further informed by time spent embedded in-house with a small biotech company, bringing an internal lens to her search work.

Based in San Diego, Sarah lives with her husband and young daughter. Prior to relocating to Southern California, she spent several years living and working in the Bay Area.
